The office staff is extremely unorganized. No call backs, takes 2 weeks to get a prescription when your urine test came back positive for bacteria. Office staff was supposed to set up a CT scan, which they never did and then they have me scheduled for an appointment in mid January and I still have not received my CT scan. I called the office and they said you’re not even scheduled for a CT scan. The staff was argumentative wouldn’t let me finish a sentence. If you want a doctor with a good staff, I’d look elsewhere. My first appointment with Dr Johnston was the last one in the afternoon and she did not rush our visit, but rather took time to explain to me and answer any questions my wife and I had. I have always felt very comfortable with her and believe she truly cares about my medical needs.

Customer Service is horrible. It is impossible to speak to someone by phone. No one returns messages. Constant scheduling mistakes. No apologies made

She or her nurse or her staff never return calls. I saw her in May and have called 2 times per week every week since then and it is now September...no one has returned my call. She said that I needed surgery when I saw her in May.

The wait time was not long at all, and Dr. Johnston was very thorough and knowledgeable! She was friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!!

What stood out in my visit mostly was Dr. Johnston‘s attitude about my involvement in my health. I found that by changing my diet. My PSA numbers dropped. She encouraged me to keep doing what I’m doing and to recheck me. I really expected the conversation to be around surgery, but because things are improving, we were both willing to wait. The diet is something I found on my own. And she just wanted to know what I did different to move the numbers. She was very supportive of my willingness to help myself.

I needed immediate follow up after hospital discharge. I was given an appt. and waited about 90 min to be seen. first visit was otherwise appropriate. Second visit I waited another 90 min during which she was doing telehealth conferences with other patients. After doing a procedure I was told that I would need 1-3 surgeries. She spoke only to my wife and not to me despite me being a physician. Trying to get a follow up appointment after my brother was in the hospital. We called 4 times over the span of a week, left messages, filled out their website form asking for help and a call back. The office phone says 'use the internet' many times to make an appointment. My brother does not have internet and cannot use the internet. We called asking for help in making the appointment and no one ever returned our calls.
