If I could leave NO stars I would! I just left this place right now! This place has to have been the worst I’ve ever been too! I was sitting for about 5 min out of 3 workers there not one greeted me! Then after 5 minutes of being there one of the workers just passes right by me and sat at the paying area and I will add that I was sitting right of front of her and she still acted as if I was not there in front of her face!!!! So I just walked out! It’s unbelievable how bad the service at this place is!!!!!!
My hair is down to my waistline and I had a terrible thing happen to me where my hair was ripped out in several spots and matted all the way up to my scalp. My hair started to develop cornrows and really bad almost looking dread locks. Tracy worked on my hair almost 3 hours with such a soft touch brushing it out and still minimal loss after all the loss I already experienced. She washed and deep conditioned it.
