Ridiculous. 2 hrs in line, $20 in fuel, they close it with 100s of cars in line. Mind boggling. No notice, no stopping cars from getting in line. No sign. Nothing. Never again. Unless you get in line by 5 don’t go
RecommendedI don’t know why, but we were the only ones in the entire zoo today. Our grandson loved it. We did too. We got up close with the reptiles, eagles and other Midwest birds. This is a great place to visit.
I Like phillips park christmas lights
The lines were long and too many entrances allowed many cars to cut. No I don’t recommend the festival lights

the mastodon lake used to be precious with animals dwelling in the plants and what not. The park, however, for some reason has taken down allot of those plants and trees down. You no longer see allot of animal variety as before, the shade from the trees is barely there, and to be precise it ruins the walk. The trees provided scenery as well as in the summer shade from the sun. That decision was disgusting.
