India is the 1st impression of the place and she is downright rude. Margaret did my hair two times. The first time I told her I wanted the best hair and she gave me cheap crap that kinked and frizzed and was never the same after it was washed. I called and complained and she offered to give me new hair that was supposed to be better. That hair turned to crap too. i wish i could give no stars... I went to margarets looking for hair extensions. i had long hair but wanted to thicken it up some...she braided in the extensions then cut off all my hair! even after i made it clear i wanted to keep it as long as possible (even brought and showed her pictures of what i wanted) i dont know what else i could have said to make her understand! not only did My hair that WAS down to my lower back get cut off to almost shoulder length...she put in so many extensions in it looked like i had a cheap w... read more

You go in looking like a... come out looking like a movie star. I ave seen some amazing changes; I am one. The follow up- is exceptional, all complaints are taken care of quickly and fairly. All in All if you are blessed enough to be directed to this shop, someone supernaturally loves you. p.s. Margaret continues to educate herself with up-dated information and techniques . I have been exposed to this in her shop. It will truly be an eye opening, positive unforgettable experience
