Dr.Dasilva is amazing, she listens to all my concerns and is very caring and compassionate, would absolutely recommend.
Dr. Da Silva is a great doctor and I have no complaints about her. However as far as office staff and those that are responsible for verifying insurance, I am extremely unhappy with and will not return. I asked several times before having a procedure done that my insurance would cover. Yes they said. Well now I have a $450.00 bill because my insurance paid nothing. I called the insurance and they sent me what the staff would see when verifying. Clearly they did not look and when I asked about them calling, they said they do ... read more
