Margaret was a great help while selling our Mom's house. Her suggestions and observations allowed us to prepare the home and sell it fairly easily. Her team prepared a great web presence that allowed the house to be viewed and sold rather quickly. I would recommend Margaret's team to anyone selling in Connecticut.
We called Margaret’s team and she and her colleague came to house the next day. Margaret showed interest and enthusiasm for our home and after we signed a contract, the photographer and stager came out and performed their jobs well. Her extensive experience in the Glastonbury real estate market is evident as we talked pricing and the market. Our house sold in a week. Negotiations with the buyer went smoothly and we even had a backup offer. We really enjoyed working with Margaret and highly recommend her.
