We went through Relocation for our move to Florida and was assigned Margaret , and so happy we were! From the first meeting Margaret was very easy to be around, she is very knowledgeable and well prepared. We were only going to look at a few houses, well we ended up looking at many more and Margaret had no problem moving her schedule for us while we were in town. She was right there for all inspections and keeping us informed throughout the transaction! Should we need a Realtor again , we will call Margaret.

I interviewed three brokers. Margaret not only brought me the most and best information about comparables, she suggested buying a one-year warranty policy on my appliances that might have been in questionable condition to potential buyers. Margaret hired a handyman, plumber and electrician to do repairs requested by the buyer. Margaret also organized getting my beds donated and delivered to a charity. Margaret was definitely worth her commission! I give her my highest recommendation.
