We are snowbirds and have used Margaret more than once to help us buy & sell condos. She is very attentive and went the extra mile to help accomplish things needing to be done while we were out of state. Margaret promptly answers calls/texts/emails to keep things rolling along. We went through Relocation for our move to Florida and was assigned Margaret , and so happy we were! From the first meeting Margaret was very easy to be around, she is very knowledgeable and well prepared. We were only going to look at a few houses, well we ended up looking at many more and Margaret had no problem moving her schedule for us while we were in town. She was right there for all inspections and keeping us informed throughout the transaction! Should we need a Realtor again , we will call Margaret.
