Dr Margaret Schwarz showed zero interest in meeting my needs for care. She was having a hard time believing me in our initial conversations, even after reviewing a previous Dr’s notes stating the same issue when I visited AD last year. Probably the worst visit I have ever had. Extremely unprofessional receptionist. I asked how their weekend was and they responded with "No comment. Name?" The lobby also smelled like cigarette smoke. Margaret spent about two minutes with me and offered no insight. Please don't waste your money here and seek care anywhere else. The wait time to get an appointment here is short for a reason. Absolutely recommend! Everything’s been smooth and super helpful so far—really appreciate the great service!
My visit with Dr. schwarz was fine, however please have an accessible email to contact the office. The phone system that "keeps your spot in the queue" and "calls you back" does NOT work (does not direct you through once you press 1 as indicated, then the phone hangs up on you) and I couldn't get through, repeatedly. The website also shows a patient portal where you can log in but there's no accessible page to actually create an account so it's not helpful at all. So frustrating.
