Shady Business Practices I have no comment on the diagnostic services performed, but was very disgusted with their business practices. They demanded full payment up front, then when my insurance company reimbursed them for most of the cost, they held my money for nearly two months before I demanded that they return my money. They kept trying to avoid reimbursing me and suggested other reasons for me to return for additional services since I had a "credit". What kind of medical professional operates a business this way?
