I had tests come back as negative and zero follow up was done. They call and say “everything is negative”, why do we have to beg for next steps? Turns out I needed emergency surgery and chronic conditions/diseases were discovered during my appendectomy. I felt dismissed both times I saw her and glad I sought treatment else where that took everything seriously.
I do not recommend this office to anyone. The last few years it has completely gone down hill. When you call, noone ever answers, your lucky if you get a call back within 3 days. They dont refill your prescriptions when they say they are going to, so then ya gotta call back and wait another two days before they get refilled. They screwed up my medical chart. She has been my family Doctor for the past 10 years. Very good bed side manner. She is easy to talk to. She does a very thorough job at helping me stay up on the latest medicines. Am awesome doctor for this older lady.
Dr. Fitzsimmons is a wonderful doctor. I have been seeing her for over a year. She listens, is responsive to portal messages, and explores alongside me the best options for treating any health concerns I have. It is evident that she is knowledgeable, as well as being open minded. I recommend her if you are looking for a new primary care provider.
