I've been seeing Mrs. Roberts since early last year in 2024 and she seems to not know anything about me every time I go in. It's like I'm starting off with a new Physician every time and also her office is very unprofessional. When they attempt to contact me for some reason they call my mother's cell phone even though my number is the primary contact number.
