Update 5/29/25 Pain management doesn't prioritize your well-being; they only focus on tapering you off your current medication and prescribing alternatives that often don’t work. It feels like they are indifferent to your pain. I waited a year for an appointment, only to be told they would reduce my medication and replace it with something ineffective. I have been a patient here for a few years- I have a great Care provider and when she was out on maternity another caring provider. A few hiccups now and then between checkout etc. but never anything major. Friendly staff too.

They will lie to you. They do not deal with dental issues. They will only provide you with the minimum care to get you out the door. They won't ask about medical changes. They don't care how you feel. All they want to do is charge you and your insurance. Then they want to get you out the door as fast as possible with no relief or solution.
