Received a message from Dr Peklo nurse , Brooke , asking me to call her. After fifteen minutes of running in circles from the call center I was put on hold for six minutes and grilled again with the same questions. Never was routed to Brooke. Was told to go to my chart for information.

Exactly what I expect from a provider and so much more!! It was so refreshing to get a healthcare and not a “sick care” approach. She had read my complete chart BEFORE my first appointment and already had started formulating a plan of care. Her approach to treat with vitamins & supplement's is so refreshing. It’s so nice to be treated like a human being and not a number. I felt as if I was part of the team in collaboration for my plan of treatment. She was great at first......lot's of tests. But she dumped me in the transition from Dr. Osborn to a new Dr. leading me on for months.
