I was excited to get a take home sleep apnea test from Dr Park, however, they cancelled my appointment because I did not feel comfortable giving a credit card CVV code over the phone or in video. The receptionist I was working with said she would happily take it in person when I picked up the unit today. Instead, my appointment was cancelled, because of this simple barrier. My only issue with Dr. Park is not seeing Dr. Park. Her website describes all of her accolades, but you only see the rude, condescending PA Jennifer DeGuzman once diagnosed. Dr. Park will help with the initial setup of establishing you as a patient but then you will never see her again. I requested to have at least an annual follow up with Dr. Park but was denied. I've been seeing the Chicago Sleep Health team for several years. Dr. Park and Dr. DeGuzman (PA) have provided good service to me and helped to control my sleep issues. I highly recommend their team.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Park. She's a great listener, super smart and integrates many different factors in the treatment. She's incorporated my feedback into the plan and was able to answer all my questions and set appropriate expectations for recovery.
