This doctor blatantly told my sister that she is not experiencing migraines due to meningitis because she has never had a migraine before and she thinks that she is lying about her pain. I came to see Dr Omastone based on referrals from 3 physicians after suffering chronic recurrent UTI/Pylonephritis for past 10 months. I have taken 6 rounds of oral antibiotics which were unsuccessful & previous physicians stated that the last resort would be IV or injection antibiotics from infectious disease. I have provided 15 urine samples in this time frame, all but 1 have been positive for bacteria. Dr. Omatsone is an amazing physician. Her knowledge and understanding of infectious diseases is world class. Despite this knowledge and understanding, she has a way of breaking it down and simplifying the information to her patients and really makes us feel like family members more than patients.
