Great first impression! I recently moved nearby, so the location is incredibly convenient. Ms. Lee at the front desk was fantastic—she made me feel welcome from the very first phone call. I have a somewhat tricky out-of-state insurance provider, but she was patient and professional, working with me to ensure everything was covered rather than making it feel like a hurdle.
