I can't imagine anyone easier to work with than Margaret and her team. She was extremely helpful and patient with me as I sorted through the best ways to process my late wife's jewelry. I have full trust in her knowledge and her understanding of the estate jewelry market and would recommend her services to anyone. Further, my late wife was a discerning jewelry shopper and many of her pieces had come from that shop, so I consider the quality of the merchandise there to be quite high

There’s aren’t enough kind words to explain how awesome of an experience we had at Margaret Matson! Susan took a very stressful past experience for us and turned it into the most beautiful outcome. She was so patient with our prior lack of knowledge, had such great suggestions on how to create my ring based off of an existing stone, had clear communication on cost, and really gave us comfort in how honest and non-judgemental she was. Came here with my dad to get a necklace for my mom for Christmas. Let me tell you. BEAR THE POMERANIAN IS AWESOME. It’s like being greeted by a small lion. He is well behaved and a good fluffy boi. The jeweler was also extremely kind and knowledgeable. It’s quality stuff. 10/10 recommend.
