I asked the doctor what pain management they offer for IUD insertion/removal and was told they just don't do that because it's such a "quick and easy" procedure and there's "just nothing they can give" for the pain.

Dr. Fitzpatrick is awesome. She was our OB throughout. We had a positive experience until it was time to give birth. Doctor Brown showed up and presently declared “No one wants to deliver a baby in the middle of the night - let’s get you on Pitocin, no one wants to rouse the troops in the middle of the night to give birth.” Considering nurses are on call around the clock the only one to be roused would be him. The physicians here are excellent. Unfortunately, the front office staff seriously undermines that care. I have consistently been met with unnecessary attitude and dismissiveness on the phone. Today, Kayla was openly rude and impatient while addressing a system error that I had no involvement in creating. Asking reasonable questions about prescriptions or appointments is treated as an inconvenience, which is unacceptable.
