The physicians here are excellent. Unfortunately, the front office staff seriously undermines that care. I have consistently been met with unnecessary attitude and dismissiveness on the phone. Today, Kayla was openly rude and impatient while addressing a system error that I had no involvement in creating. Asking reasonable questions about prescriptions or appointments is treated as an inconvenience, which is unacceptable. Dr. Housley was the best OBGYN i’ve been too.listened to my concerns and got me in quickly. Didnt prescribe BC right away. Did my laparoscopy which helped me rule out a major issue. The anesthesiologist i saw before my surgery was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Reccomend highly.
