Staff is always friendly
Very impressed with the staff
After waiting for over a month for my husbands urology appointment with Dr Jarvis he gets told he would have to wait until August because he went to the wrong location. Why did he go the wrong location? The office NEVER confirmed the location and he didn’t know there were multiple offices. I have NEVER in my life made a new patient appointment and the front desk never not telling me the location. Margaret Mary is a joke.
They put up with a lot of guff from me, I was not a pleasant facial radiation patient. I scared a lot of older people ringing the bell way louder than I should have but I was ecstatic to be done. The whole time you're undergoing radiation you think "There's no way in hell I would do this ever again" and now that I can see it from the other side, I would totally do it again because life alone-it IS the prize. That's it, you won, you're still alive! Thanks guys!
