I always have a great experience with this hospital and the network in general. They always have my records ready and don’t ask me to repeat myself a lot, even with new patient referrals. I’ve had two major surgeries in this hospital and it’s always gone smoothly and they keep me informed and comfortable during delays. ER staff was only nice to me after I refused pain meds, because I could immediately tell it was going to be an issue. Don’t go to this ER for pain. They will tell you to just go to your primary care and will make you feel like an idiot for even coming in, even though I was in so much I couldn’t walk. My sister who was with me said, verbatim, “wow everyone here has such “bad cop” energy, like they don’t even want to help.” Then the hospital will send you a pamphlet in the mail asking to help them fundraise. Get real.
Went to pay a late bill. Their delinquent charges are outrages! Oh, they want me help pay for their new hospital. That's probably why I was charged $100 more!
