Pretty irresponsible or incompetent not even able to pull up CPT codes to give estimates. Gave them the cpt code 42420, which i had given to several facilities and gotten prices for surgery, but the lady here was acting like somehow it didnt exist and didnt know what to do. Hopefully their doctors are better than their receptionists.
Giving 1 star because their older much smaller hospital was better and faster then this new fancy hospital. Bigger ER for what to throw everyone in a room and make them wait for hours. At least at the other hospital they had minor care in with their ER. Definitely was triaged a lot better. Nope just sitting here for hours just to see if my daughter will need to be stitched or glued. This is horrible. And to think medical care is so expensive. 🤔
We had twins back in March, the only good thing I can say about our experience are the regular nurses who took care of us and Dr. Brown & Hatcher. They were fantastic, professional, and understood each and every concern we had. They should have never had Riley take over the OB area. Having a doctor “listen” and “take care” of me through a Television on a stick is ridiculous. All of the nurse practitioners were arrogant and very overwhelming. I had a pain in the lower back since 8 pm. They checked us in but then they made us wait almost 3 and a half hours. I was in a terrible condition and I feel they still didn’t treat me equally. When we went there, there weren’t as many patients/people there. Not in the parking lot nor the hospital inside. The staff members, some were nice but mostly they seemed like they didn’t care. Went in, told them I had a kidney issue. Possible stone. They sat me there for 2 hours just to take my vitals, to charge my insurance. Then told me they can't help with kidney stones, they are not equipped. They should have told me at the reception window. Instead they keeping me there in pain for 2 hours to make a few bucks from my insurance. Smh....
