My package was delivered to the wrong address checked my cameras nobody was there at the time of delivery and package was delivered to a parcel locker I don’t even have a parcel locker!!! trying to communicate with them but they won’t answer at all. Another lost package due to this facilities negligence horrible.
I have trying repeatedly to call this branch, but no one answers, then the call hangs up. I have a very important message.
This facility does not answer their phone lines, prospective employment candidates are not even able to get person to pick up a phone!!!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would! My package destination is in San Diego idk why this facility don't send to out for delivery but send to back to the my post office where I shipped it from! It has been in the mail for 2 weeks! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
A package that was supposed to arrive in the middle of the US last Friday has been lost in their distribution center since last Tuesday. The tracking said "picked up from [place] at 11:58am," then "arrived at [place] at 12:48am" and then it just says "in transit." There have been zero scans since Tuesday. The USPS distribution centers are where dreams go to die. This is why FedEx and UPS are doing so well. When you put postage on something and hand it off, it's like you're paying someone to just throw it away for you.
