Dr. Quirk is definitely the worst therapist I have ever experienced. Very full of himself, rude, and disrespectful. It’s his way or the highway. I’m one to talk about my problems, and he would constantly cut me off to do what he wanted to do, which was work sheets HE had created. He never once asked me what type of therapy would be best for me. The “man” has quotes of HIMSELF around his office. **Dr. Quirk is extremely knowledgeable, but has neither the experience nor motivation to successfully treat *non-textbook*/minority patients (my views are geared toward patients in these categories). He is unwilling to learn about his patients—only to teach them what he believes to be true. My daughter went for to Dr. Quirk for testing. She went back to get her results and was told that he didn’t normally treat people with her condition because they are dramatic and manipulative. He also insulted the profession she is going to college for and told her that she would have a miserable life with no friends or family. This was absolutely ridiculous! My daughter went to him for help and this is the treatment she got.
