i have no health insurance and Dr Chang has been very conscious in prescribing medications that are the most effective for my conditions at the cheapest cost to me. You don't find this often in a physician. the office staff has been pleasant and very efficient in their duties. i will continue to see Dr Chang for my medical needs.
