I've been having some very concerning issues, the main one - needing a biopsy to "finally" find out what's causing tissue loss. Extremely upsetting and disappointing experience. I told Dr Keeling I was interested in a non-hormonal IUD that would not affect my mood, as I had tried multiple other birth controls and had really negative reactions. I asked for the copper IUD after having done research that it was the only one I felt confident would not affect my mood because it was non hormonal.
