Dr. Basil and her entire Team are The Best Dentist office in the Tampa area! She has a wonderful touch, proactive, great insight, care, kindness and always goes the extra mile. Each member of her Team matches her superb attention to detail, extremely personable and smarts. I strongly recommend Dr. Basil for all your Dentistry needs.
Extremely unprofessional, I gave them my phone number several times and they still continued to send a reminder messages to an old phone number and then made it very clear that they won’t see me again because I did not get the Reminders. I called and left several messages. They never called me back, finally they called me back after I gave them for the fifth time my new phone number to tell me the doctors orders are to never see us again again -No bedside manner, I’ve heard the same reviews from other people.
