The dentist was great, but the person in charge of billing was unbelievably bad! I later found out that she was the daughter of one of the dentists in the practice - which explains ow she can keep her job. Unfortunately, I don t want to have a battle every time I see the dentist, so I m looking for a new dentist with a more competent account manager.
