Amazing experience. Great Apertment and well maintained Building . The Landlord is hands on and very concerned with the Satisfaction of the Tenants in their building. Very old school quality relationship with Tenants. I highly recommend.
I have lived in one Marfam Realty's building on the UES for almost a year now. They are by far the best landlords I have ever dealt with. The building is very well maintained and the super Jake is incredible - very responsive and always there to help. I met the landlords during the lease signing and it was a refreshing experience. They were very friendly, knowlegable, professional and accommodating. I knew right then and there this was going to be a great experience renting from them!
