Nice folks and were timely for the free quote. Unfortunately that was the last time I could say this. Over the last 5 months (!!!) I have tried to get them over to perform our minor shingle repairs. On the 3rd or 4th no-show I even called same day to ask "are you DEFINITELY coming today?" and was told yes, which they again no-showed. And whenever that happened, they didn't call to apologize or reschedule, just nothing. I located Mares Roofing through HomeAdvisor, after attempting four local roofers. They were prompt in response time, came out the next day, even suggested having a 2nd appraiser come, as they knew the wood shingle roof needed more than just "repairs." Times being what they are, with construction costs high, we knew it would not be an inexpensive investment, but after watching Sotero Mares crew at work, we knew we were investing wisely. Angi’s List recommended this company. At first everything seemed all fine and on track to have my attic vents installed, said he’d be here at 10 am next morning. They were a NO SHOW and quit answering the phone. I wouldn’t recommend them for roofing a dog house let alone your own personal home. Terrible business ethics to say the least.

Responded quickly to a request for a bid. The bid was very reasonable. Got to the job two days early. They let me know of a few complications in the roof and what the adjusted work would cost. Cleaned the area up and checked in to see if we had any questions or concerns. Very satisfied.
