Mares & Dow went above and beyond getting my skylights replaced after a couple had cracked due to heat (they were 20+ years old anyways). They were the only ones that seemed like they knew what they were doing of all the quotes I got. They also bumped my install up to ASAP in the hopes that they'd finish before my baby arrived (they did!). The longest part of the project was just waiting for Velux to deliver windows and parts! Workmanship: 4.5/5, customer service: 4.5/5, professionalism: 5/5.

Mares & Dow replaced four 40-year old skylights in our home and did an excellent job. They were on time and and stuck to our previously agreed upon budget. They cleaned up after themselves. I would centainly return to them for future work in our home.
