Mares and Dow Construction helped us update almost every room in our new home that was stuck in the 80s!! Popcorn ceiling removal, updated lighting/electrical (recessed, new fans, fixture replacement), tile work, made a huge loft a solid wall, painting, flooring, farmhouse sink install, new custom kitchen cabinet. I have utilized the services of Mares & Dow Construction since they began operating in 1983. Their first project on my home was the building of a redwood deck with seating and a pergola over a spa they installed. Since they have a C-10 electrical contracting license as well as their General class B license they were able to upgrade my home's electrical panel to add 220 service to the spa.
