I paid full price for a fake Pandora earring. Really upset and sent them an email, they never contacted me. Update. I was wrong to put this review. They sent multiple explanations of the product and how they get Pandora Jewelry. I apologize and my initial review was completely wrong. The initial email I sent never even got to them and that's why I got no response.

I was calling to see if they had an item in stock. They answered and asked if I would mind being put on a short hold- I didn't mind. They left me on hold for 9 minutes and throughout that whole time I heard them gossiping and saying the rudest things about people who I assume were customers. They then proceeded to end the call without ever picking up.

I Order a Pandora charm. it shipped fast and well packaged. I had an issue from my end with the payment, but they went all out trying to be helpful and contact me back after everything. 💯 recommend.

Rude and incompetent. First time dropping my watch off for a battery they knocked off two small hands. Blamed me. They did fix the hands. However, I was met with another bout of rudeness when picking up the watch. Looks like they do not pressure test to make sure the watch remains water proof.
