so excited to find a pandora that was sold out every where else. unbelievably fast processing and shipping. and there was even a cute little hand written note saying thank you on the receipt. i will absolutely be back for more. i looks great with my stack (it’s the infinity clasp on the left).

I purchased a Pandora charm from this jewelry store, and overall I had a good experience. The website showed that there were three in stock, though it did mention that items could be backordered. I was expecting my order to ship sooner since I placed it on 5/28, but after waiting a while, I had to call the store for an update. Turns out the charm had to be ordered. I visited the store on 6-24-26 and was treated with so much disrespect. I went in to look at the pandora charms with the intent on purchasing. The lady would not take the trays out to let me see any charms. She kept asking me what type of hobbies or interests I had. I told them I just wanted to see some to see if I liked any. I did not know what I wanted I was going to browse them. Repeatedly the lady kept pulling out one charm at a time I was like can you just pull out a tray. I ordered a Pandora bracelet for my kids birthday from this place online on June 3rd with 2- 3 day shipping. I had to contact them and ask from an update they said I should Receive it by June 18th due to a delay. It’s now June 16th and I’ve gotten zero updates on shipping no one responded to my emails. Very bad customer service.

Recently purchased a hard to find item I was looking for and luckily they had it in stock. I dealt with 3 or 4 different people and everyone gave A+ customer service. Item also arrived in a shorter time than quoted. Would definitely recommend them, and will be using them again if I have any jewelry needs.
