Was looking for a watchband on their website found one listed at a great price, bought it only to find out the price they had it marked for was wrong so instead of honoring that price they refunded my money and changed the price on website!!! Customer service, not so much. Also the charge for the item went through my account that they said was not charged and 1 hour later no refund yet!!
I went here to get a smaller size in my Pandora ring. When i tried on the smaller size of course my finger was swollen so i decided to stick with the size already had for a few days and see how it worked. I work in a clinic where it is always cold so i know my hands will shrink alot. Im already wearing a size 5 wedding band. She told me i am not a size five so i went with it. Changing the jewel and chain was not a problem a couple days after initial purchase. Staff was fun to work with. The diamond and chain pleased my wife and made our 50th and river trip special, joyful and special to us
They were very quick to send me a picture of a similar item since my item was out of stock. They were also very prompt in responding to my request and even give me free expedited shipping because the original item was out of stock. Not only that the replacement they sent was also slightly higher priced but they took care of the price difference. Great company!!
