Very Very Very unprofessional….. I received this stunning floral arrangement as a gift, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged, with unique touches that made it truly special. It brought so much joy to my day. I will definitely be coming to Marengo Floral for all of my future floral needs! Highly recommend!
I ordered a deluxe bouquet as seen in the first picture to send to my mother after having surgery. Instead she received the second picture. There was only a few flowers and mostly greenery. I understand substitutions need to be done sometimes but they didn’t even substitute with a different flower. They just added all greenery and still charged me $70 before taxes and delivery. I called this beautiful shop while in Huntley looking for a florist who would either have a premade bouquet made or could make one up within 20 minutes of my arrival into Marengo. They didn’t have one made up but when we got there, we were met by two beautiful women who then presented such a beautiful arrangement of pink roses and yellow flowers and lilies that just blew my expectations away.
