Dealing with Mareka has been a horrible experience. Calls never answered, questions not replied to. An absolute terrible experience!Â
Our condo properties have been managed by Mareka for a couple of decades. An overall review of this company would be POOR. Calls and e-mails are rarely, if ever, returned. I personally have been requesting a 40% return (as stated in the rules) since 2021; however, at the time of this writing, I was told I would not receive my rebate for a patio door replacement (after 30+ years).
