I am currently in the middle of a dispute with Mareka property management. The are as far as I can tell a low rated Management company with nil standards of accountability, or oversight by their senior team. They have demonstrated extremely poor customer service and an unbelievable level of dismissiveness and power over reach. It is almost like they forgot the are hired to serve the people that hire them. I would spend the extra amount of dollars to hire at least one step up for quality and service. Not worth the savingsÂ
Dealing with Mareka has been a horrible experience. Calls never answered, questions not replied to. An absolute terrible experience!Â
Our condo properties have been managed by Mareka for a couple of decades. An overall review of this company would be POOR. Calls and e-mails are rarely, if ever, returned. I personally have been requesting a 40% return (as stated in the rules) since 2021; however, at the time of this writing, I was told I would not receive my rebate for a patio door replacement (after 30+ years). Being an owner at Mystic Pointe Lofts for 15 years I have gotten to know Mary Kahn and she truly is a lovely, kind, and professional property manager.
