The lady who called me today, 11-24-2025, from at 0955 was totally unprofessional! I see why the VA gets a bad rep and people like this lady are exactly why! Be better, lady! You're a disgrace to veterans and should NOT be allowed to work for them!
Competent, friendly staff, clean.
The clinic is amazing in regard to the friendliness of the staff and ease of access. I am, however, a bit disturbed by the Pride Flag (specifically the "Progress Flag") that is displayed in the main lobby. Personal feelings aside, this has no place in the display; it does not make sense. There's the US flag with all the branches of the military. Then......the Progress Flag. No POW flag, either.
