Our cardboard baler at Second Harvest went down and Ross had a tech on site next day. The part was ordered and Mark came back and replaced our bent ejection bar quickly. We had minimal downtime which is important to any business. I would highly recommend Ross and his team. Ross picked up the phone every time I called! That is so rare these days!
I had a very unpleasant experience with one of this company’s drivers today. While driving behind us, the driver repeatedly honked, yelled, and used profanity for no apparent reason. This kind of road rage and unprofessional conduct is completely unacceptable, especially from someone representing a business. If this is the kind of person they allow to operate their vehicles, it reflects very poorly on their company values and safety standards. Great experience with this company. They came out and installed a new compactor at my property I run and had it done and complete in two days. It was done neat, professional and quick. When they finished they gave me a tutorial of how it worked and they were off and away. Did notice a minor issue a couple days later but a quick phone call and they came right back to take care of the issue the very next day. Great company, honest people and great customer service. I highly recommend using Prolex for any compactor needs.
Wouldn't disaplain the dishonest tech that works thare so after 21 years I quit don't no how thay stay in business
