Purchased a new construction home from Mardon June of 2024 in South Gulf Cove, Port Charlotte, FL. I absolutely love my house. Well built and I feel extremely safe, went through hurricane Milton and had zero damage. When I first moved in, I did have a couple small issues that were corrected immediately. Jimmy has been awesome. You won't go wrong purchasing a Mardon home!

Bought a MarDon home in Port Charlotte Fl and it s wonderful! Jimmy, the construction manager was a delight to work with and took care of every detail. No false promises, just honest answers and follow through. There are lots of new construction homes in the area and many bad builders. MarDon is from Georgia where people keep their word and care about their work. I would definitely recommend MarDon Construction for a new home.
