Im very nervous about doctors in general but had a great experience. Dr. Mardis is professional and efficient and explained all the questions and options I had regarding my procedure. Thank you for making this a positive experience!
The dental hygienist is fine, the actual doctor he's not very friendly. And now I don't have dental insurance they gave me sensodyne sample instead of the typical Colgate white. And I think it's cuz I don't have dental insurance and I was charged $200 and I think it was a little bit over what they should have charged me since the last time I didn't have dental insurance they gave me kind of a quote of $140 so I think I got overcharged. Basically if you don't have dental insurance they take advantage of you.
Excellent! I found this dental office after having an awful time at a previous dentist. They really went above and beyond and Dr. Mardis took time to explain what was going on and then went over my options. It was great to have somebody listen to my concerns and help find a solution.
