called to make an appointment and as they were about to confirm, they said there a hundred dollar fee that supposedly would be reimbursed later, they said it's their policy

I've been going to Dr Mardiney for a few years now. I've have had no issues with getting appointments etc. The staff is helpful and friendly. I'm in and out for my weekly shots in 15 minutes.
