Very disappointed in their customer service! Our event was cancelled (non-profit fundraiser) due to the COVID-19 pandemic and when I asked if I could return the unused beads, they gave me a canned reply about their return policy. They say customer service is their top priority, but I don’t believe that.
Great products and prices. Fast shipping and prompt customer service. Will use them again.

Second year in a row that we have used Mardi Gras Supplies for our *** ***Fans float. We order the cheapest beads because they are for throwing during the ****** St Patrick's Day parade. The coloring does rub off, but we don't care about that at all. Shipping is fast and this year the website even helped me recall last years order. The price had dropped a few bucks per case, so we ordered a few extra cases!
