The doctor never called to explain the results of my sleep test even after I followed up after receiving a message from my PCP. It has been 7 weeks since the test and today I received a call regarding a test he ordered that I knew nothing about! Needless to say, I found another more professional sleep doctor to see and I am very confident and happy with her treatment plan.
Cancels appointments consistently. Doesn’t book far enough out to make follow up appointments easy to book. Condescending front desk. Needless required follow-ups to keep an open prescription for equipment and conditions that are unchanging. Avoid
Not good when you call for an appointment and the lady name Lisa thinks she's is talking to the other lady that works at the other practice.. talking about me going on & on.. until I said.. that's me you are talking about!! How rude.. I told her I am totally done coming there.. the Dr is very nice & good.. but as for Lisa at the Shelby location .. I would say not!
