Cancels appointments consistently. Doesn’t book far enough out to make follow up appointments easy to book. Condescending front desk. Needless required follow-ups to keep an open prescription for equipment and conditions that are unchanging. Avoid
Not good when you call for an appointment and the lady name Lisa thinks she's is talking to the other lady that works at the other practice.. talking about me going on & on.. until I said.. that's me you are talking about!! How rude.. I told her I am totally done coming there.. the Dr is very nice & good.. but as for Lisa at the Shelby location .. I would say not!
