I would give 0 stars if I could. Went in for a color consultation, stylist told me she was going to do "balayage" hair coloring. My hair ended up bleach blonde, I was so shocked I couldn't even think. Called back the next day to explain that it was not what I asked for, my scalp was on fire my entire ride home and when I looked up what this procedure was online, realized that it was done completely wrong.
