I went in for a color and facial, and did not leave disappointed. Hannah who did by facial was as sweet as can be, was very personable she treated me as if she had known me forever. She of course left my face feeling like 100 bucks! Crystal who did my hair never disappoints. I went to her with a hot mess and she has helped me get my hair healthy and a beautiful blonde. Such a nice place! Rachel made sure I was comfortable with everything and couldn’t of been nicer :)!! Plus, my hair looks amazing!
I was scheduled for a cut today at 245. I get a call at 130 that she needs to reschedule or I have to come in earlier. I skip lunch and rush out so I can be there at 215. When I get there, the door is locked, no one is inside and there's a notice on the door that clients have to call and check in from their car. I go back to my car and proceed to call them with NO answer until my original 245 appt time. FINALLY someone answers the phone but she can't tell me what to do because she doesn't even know where the stylist is! I ha... read more

I've been going to The Marcy Spa for the past year now and LOVE IT!!! I've had my hair cut and colored there a couple times, my eyebrows waxed, and MANY laser hair removal treatments. Every time I go I have such a great experience! The staff is always so friendly and professional! I highly recommend this place! 😁😁❤❤
Want hair like mine? Go to Lori down at Marcy Salon. She’ll turn your hair orange & make you think about shaving your head🤩 also, when you call & request a refund because you need to go get your hair fixed, she’ll basically remind you that she’s been doing hair for 40 years & “knows what she’s doing” so the answer is a fat NO.😊 so so sweet!!
