We hired her years ago to sell an investment property, and she was invaluable. Been almost 15 years since then, and she always remembers everything and checks in pretty much monthly with knowledge, personal, lifestyle trends, and market analysis. Her sincerity, knowledge, reliability, and insight on every situation are pretty much uncanny. She and her team will always have our trust and deepest respect; just an awesome team to have on your side.
Communication fell short for us. We also did not experience the level of negotiating insight that we have experienced with other realtors. The service isn't what we thought we were getting. The transaction happened pretty smoothly.
Excellent experience and outcome. Their experience and advice was invaluable to me. They had me do repairs and improvements that were wise. Priced it fairly. Sold for more than the asking price in 2 days while I was moved to another state.
The Murphy Team and specifically our agent Marni were amazing to work with. As an out of town buyer Marni made it so much easier to find and purchase a property than I thought it would be. She was consistently responsive, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and the whole team made the process smooth. This is a trustworthy and honest team, and I can't recommend them highly enough.
