Couldn't ask for a better agent! She's knowledgeable, professional, works incredibly hard, makes herself available at all hours, is reliable - never late or missed an appointment even when her own home was at risk during the mudslides - and is just an overall pleasure to work with. Also, all materials and recommendations were top notch and exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. Planning on using her for our future real estate needs.

Marcy was extremely thorough, organized and informative throughout our entire selling and buying transactions. It was important that we sold our home as quickly as possible since she had helped us with the purchase of another home and we did not want to hold two mortgages for long. Marcy is very hard working, smart, and personable. She is able to get the deal completed with ease. For example, she priced my townhouse on Olive Street in Santa Barbara fairly, stayed with the initial price and closed in record time.
