I was impressed with Marcy's knowledge, I was un impressed with the Do it my way attitude, the lack of communication, lack of respect for my opinions. Several times it was you must do x, this was my house and recommendations are great but do not tell me what I must do. A lot of communications were sent just to my husband and I was not even included. We did a counter and it was days before I found out it was accepted.
