Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was this dentist friendly? Yes

My entire family goes to Dr. Vanderleest. His staff his warm and friendly. The kids are always at ease. I would highly recommend him.

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment.
