Have had my 2017 Golf Sportwagen about a week now and I absolutely love it. Marcus is responsive, helpful, genuine, and an absolute joy to work with. Marcus was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. He worked with me on the price, was extremely helpful getting all the paperwork and loan set up for me. A genuine guy who cares about the vehicles he’s selling and especially the buyer. Even after buying my truck, he’s continued to be helpful in answering my questions and being prompt with every response. I would give him and his company 6 stars if I could.
I recently purchased a 2011 Subaru Outback. I was looking for other things but as we all know credit and down payments can be a big issue. He took well over a month to find me a vehicle that I would love and could afford! Marcus was awesome.....great personality,helpful and honest. !!! I highly recommend you do business with Marcus! Not only is he upfront, honest, and easy to deal with, he stands behind his products. Long story short, we bought a car from him that developed an issue after the warranty was up. Didn’t matter. He made it right when most would not. I have another teenager that will need a car in a year or so. I know where I’m going to get it. Marcus is legit and will take care of you.
Buying a used car from Marcus is an easy and straightforward process. He didn't use pressure sales tactics, and when I pointed out imperfections in the car, he didn't try to downplay them. In fact, Marcus told me the reasons why I might want to purchase a different car and even recommended other local dealers who might have the car I was looking for.
