I had the pain staking task of speaking to Alex Frankel. Awful realtor. It was for a Heartland Dental for sale in Wisconsin, asking price $2.9 million for 4,000 sq ft building. I told him I had the funds and can provide bank statement to prove. He wanted an LOI just to do a site visit, I was hesitant, but agreed.
