This has to be a joke. I waited a couple of months for an appointment. Cristina Desa did my intake appointment via phone for medication management, a 20 minute call at max, told me that she can’t do anything for me, to go get EMDR, gave no recommendations on where to go and told me that I wouldn’t be able to form any kind of successful relationships. They charged $490 for that phone call, not a video call, not via an app, a PHONE CALL.

My experience with Dr. Marcus was refreshing, He had listened to all my concerns and talked with me about my problems I'm currently going through. He made me feel welcome upon entering the call and I'm grateful to have someone like him helping me through this program.

He doesn't return phone calls. He doesn't call in prescription refills.

I'm sure Dr. Marcus is good based on patient reviews. However, the girl answering the phones has terrible service. Be mindful and understanding of what families are going through. We are trying to get our family member help. Do not be so dismissive. Use your emotional intelligence and listen!!!!
